Delivery Charges

All delivery charges are non-refundable. We provide transparent pricing for our delivery services.

Refunds and Quality Assurance

We strive to deliver high-quality food. If the quality of the food delivered is not satisfactory, we request you to contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will review the issue and, if found valid, initiate a refund process within 7 days.

In cases where the delivered food is not up to your expectations, we may offer a replacement if the delivery location is within a range of 1 km from our restaurant.
